Proposed Amtrak Stop

for City of Marks

The new Marks, Mississippi station will be a part of the “City of New Orleans Route” passenger service from Chicago to New Orleans hosted by CN. Amtrak train #58 will be the a.m. train that is southbound and #59 will be the p.m. train northbound will serve this stop. It will serve Northwest Mississippi consisting of 11 counties.

This stop will impact approximately 270,000 citizens living in these rural communities.
